Rum Cocktails Made and Detailed in Las Vegas by Tony Abou-Ganim While Being Replicated In-Studio by Matt Rosenberg
In this first of a few episodes on Louisiana's indigenous craft-distilled rum production we dive into cocktails with one of the US's leading lights of combined libations, Tony Abou-Ganim. Joining Tony providing context to their native spirit are Bayou Rum's distiller Reiniel Vicente, Wildcat Brothers' owner Tait Martin, and Higgins Hotel's bar manager Aaron Warren. Tony mixes and tells tales from his life while producer Matt follows suit in-studio, Reiniel and Tait share insights into how their fine rums are made, Aaron feeds back with how these are accepted by the public at Rosie's on the Roof.
